Here is my Netgear WNDR3700 review. The Arcor Speed Modem provides mbit 12 and the wireless DSL modem is only 5000 [yes, a router 6000].
When I connect the Netgear wireless modem to the DSL last night, has only 825 kbyte / s and an upload made from 7 kbyte / s oO.
By itself Arcor also believe that when we are not able to reach full speed. To me it just comes to have a wireless router with integrated modem, which can make it reach to 16mbit. [Then at least I can put away the other routers)
've Brought me the reason a CAT6 cable to rauszubekommen the greatest possible performance.
Namely, the cookie goes to me that the 6000s may hold simultaneously with PS3 online, and laptop has no permanent connection and aborts reported in [FIFA] particularly bad and I only with a 6000 cable to surf on a PC instead of a 16000er: P.

Pros: - Has USB port
- Streaming function
- Drive is accessible via FTP from outside
Cons: None.
Hi folks!
My old Netgear WGR614 is slow and the mind to a new router must be her. I will just buy a router which has a USB port, where I can infect a drive, which should then serve as a kind of NAS. Features such as FTP server, or access the drive from outside would also be very welcome!
I liebäugle with the Netgear WNDR3700. There are equivalent alternatives for less money or better for the same money?

It is a new version of the DIR 825 giving B1, has installed similar / same hardware / chipset, like the Netgear WNDR3700. However, the Netgear is still faster than the D-Link ... Meantime, it also tested at PC World has been released:

If the electricity consumption of actually so high? What you need another router? The Netgear convinced me more and more.
